Selection of Veg could include:
White potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Zucchini, Capsicum, Bok Choy, Cucumbers, Tomato, Capsicum, Corn, Eggplant, Silverbeet, Cabbage, Celery, Pumpkin, Mushrooms, Beans, Alfalfa,  Lettuce (Iceburg, Cos or Green Oak)
Selection Of Fruits could Include :
Apple, Orange, Pear, mandarins (April- Dec)
Nectrines, Peach, Grapes, Apricots, (Dec- April)
Bananas, Rockmelon, Watermelon, Pineapple, Strawberry (Seasonally)
This box may have a maximum of 5 swaps.
E.G. No zucchini ,Bok Choy, bananas, lettuce, onions
Extra apples, bananas, carrots,, oranges, cucumbers
Or you could put in notes "More Veg than fruits".
